How long does shipping take?

We ship our orders every Tuesday - Wednesday - Friday. We have developed great relationships with our shipping couriers to ensure we can get your order to your in the quickest method possible.
Once your order has been paid in full & fulfilled by one of our agents, we will then update your order & tracking number through our website. You will then receive an updated order email with the tracking number that you can follow.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Our returns & refunds policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If there is damage on the device when we inspect it, we will charge a 10% re-stock fee. If there is missing packaging we will have to charge a 5% restock fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
